На пресс-конференции международная команда юристов и расследователей планирует представить описание ситуации, связанной с историей многолетнего противоборства бывшей жены Ришата Сафина - гражданки Швейцарии с этим экс-российским олигархом, который использует в отношении своей, уже бывшей семьи (ex супруга и две дочери) недобросовестные приемы.

В конце марта 2025 года в Швейцарии было принято решение по иску Guruman Holding Limited (BVI), который связан с займом, который эта компания Ришата Сафина предоставила его жене еще в период брака. Долг по этому договору займа с процентами составляет около 20 млн. долларов. При этом практически все деньги, полученные по этому договору займа, были по указанию Ришата Сафина и его советников перечислены связанным с ним компаниям – Анариос Холдингс Лтд. и другим. Более того, в рамках похожего процесса по взысканию «займа» в российском суде, был заявлен отказ от иска. У адвокатов есть предположение, что эта схема была использована для того, чтобы в дальнейшем облегчить переговоры о неравном разделе имущества супругов, а в момент реализации – «оптимизировать» налоги (и с этим будут разбираться российские правоохранительные органы).

Попытка взыскать фактически уже полученные (пусть и опосредовано) деньги может считаться покушением на мошенничество как по российскому, так и по швейцарскому уголовному закону.

At the end of March 2025, a decision was made in Switzerland regarding a lawsuit filed by Guruman Holding Limited (BVI), which is related to a loan that this company provided to Rishat Safin's wife during their marriage. The debt under this loan agreement, including interest, amounts to approximately \$20 million. However, almost all of the money received under this loan agreement was transferred to related companies, such as Anarios Holdings Ltd. and others, at the behest of Rishat Safin and his advisors. Moreover, as part of a similar process for recovering a “loan” in a Russian court, a waiver of the claim was filed.
